We are extremely satisfied with the end result (Highlight movie + Full Video) by Iwan Appels, the Dutch Video Guy. Beforehand, we were hesitant to hire a videographer, but we are very happy that we did it anyway. The film has real added value and says so much more than just photos, the marriage is going to live again! It's so nice that Iwan has so many personal moments between us, but also with family and friends in such a fun way (and in high-resolution 4k!) has been recorded. Iwan has had good contact with our master of ceremonies, so special moments such as bringing the rings, personal moments with grandpa/grandma and surprises such as speeches during the ceremony were also recorded. The quality of the footage is very good. We also really appreciate that Iwan has put so much effort into making the highlight movie completely to our liking! Iwan is easy to deal with and has worked well with our photographer. We also liked the fact that he has an all-inclusive price (unlike many other videographers), which all includes 4K video, extra movie hours, short (feature) and long film, drone footage (if possible). Thanks again to Iwan for capturing this important day in our lives. I highly recommend your work.

Iwan did a great job depicting our wedding day on June 9. We had recordings with a movie camera and a drone. Both the highlight film and feature film were exactly what we had in mind. Great images of the location, us as a couple and our guests throughout the day and evening, accompanied by the perfect music. After a personal conversation, Iwan knows exactly what your needs are and you will recognize that after seeing the images. Totally great!

Iwan has been filming all day and I can't help but say that we are very happy with the great result!!! We had a festival wedding and wanted a movie that could show this atmosphere well, that worked 100%! Actually, most of the day you don't notice that people are filming at all, besides, the day goes incredibly fast, so I'm glad we have a perfect e movie to watch everything back.Iwan has good equipment (good sound and mega sharp image), is very nice and always responds quickly to apps or mail. Would definitely recommend Iwan!!

As a videographer of our wedding, wan provided us with; a pleasant preparation meeting at our home, good communication prior to the wedding, being “unobtrusive” on our wedding day, a good eye for detail, super cool images from the drone, the personal attention to how to send the hard drive, a nice compact highlight film and a willingness to make adjustments to the feature film so that it perfectly reflected the experience of our wedding day .iwan is a super professional videographer that we all know will guess. And then the result. The movie turned out great, it really shows how the day has been and the quality is superb. Iwan has a lot of experience and that is reflected in everything. He responds very quickly to questions by email and was able to visit us almost immediately for a free introduction. We got married in August 2019 and would like to highly recommend The Dutch Video Guy. TDVG is highly reliable and professional throughout the entire preliminary phase. From the personal first contact to the professional way of coordinating with other parties involved, such as the location and the photographer. All of this on our own initiative but in careful coordination with us as a newlyweds. On the day itself, TDVG is “very nice to have”, as not only we have experienced but also let many of our guests know. We weren't sure at first if we wouldn't find a videographer too much 'in our face' on a day like that, but we've told each other many times how happy we are to have images so that we can relive this great day whenever we want! Iwan is a very friendly and professional videographer who made beautiful images of our wedding day. During the day, Iwan is very unobtrusively present, which we really liked. When watching the movies, we were also positively amazed at some of the shots. In the run-up to our wedding, we had contact with Iwan a number of times about the day, our wishes and options for the video. During our day at dressing, photo shoot, ceremony and drinks, we barely saw and certainly didn't hear Iwan ;-) He also mentioned at the front that the photographers are in the lead and we don't really have to pay attention to him. After the wedding, everyone was surprised that we had a movie of the wedding because “there was no photographer at all, right?” We must honestly say that we were very curious what Iwan had made of it because we didn't actually see or hear him. Would it have turned out nicely? And then we got the highlight movie, WOW, it's so great! All the great moments are in there and we were all the way back to our big day. Iwan was our wedding videographer. Had an introductory meeting beforehand, which ensures that all wishes and plans can be discussed. Iwan likes to think along with everything and gives tips. Very nice! Received clear information beforehand and had good contact. Iwan was with us for about 12 hours. When you talk to Iwan, you really notice that he finds it important to be able to capture the whole day on film. The day itself went exactly as Iwan had said before; he is present but you don't really see him. Watching the movies afterwards was also a lot of fun, because family often didn't even know they were being filmed at a certain time and this provides the most sincere, fun and special images! Nothing was organized about filming, everything was just as it happened. We got the movies sent home in a fun way. We enjoyed watching this one again! Iwan captured all the important moments that day, but also the small moments in between that many other people missed. We wanted to film the entire ceremony and this was done from several points, which makes watching very nice. The drone footage also makes it just that little bit more special. We really had a fantastic experience and really recommend The dutch video guy as a wedding videographer; on the day itself, he disappears a bit into the background, but when you see the movies again, you'll see that everything and more has been filmed. Really great!

wan is very accessible. He responds within the hour by email as well as via whatsapp. He comes to your home to discuss your wishes. In the days before the wedding, we had good contact. On the day itself, you barely know he's there. At first, such a camera takes a bit of getting used to, but after half an hour, you already forget about that. We are glad to have such a tangible memory of our day, because unfortunately, it will pass you by. It was a shame that we couldn't use the drone.

Iwan managed to capture our wedding beautifully on film on 29-11-2019. Prior to the wedding, we spoke to Iwan personally and he was very quick to respond to questions. Iwan is calm, pleasant to deal with and knows how to make you feel very comfortable. On the day itself, you barely know that he is filming. We are happy that Iwan has captured our wedding! The end result turned out to be beautiful, the videos give a good idea of how the day was. The communication prior to the wedding was clear and fast. We often had an answer to our emails the same day, and Iwan also asked us additional questions that we hadn't thought of at all. We also had a photographer, with whom Iwan had never worked before. There was nothing to notice at the wedding! In fact, several guests asked if it was a permanent duo :-) Says something about working with Iwan. Iwan made really beautiful videos of our wedding! We received a short highlight film (4 to 5 minutes), a feature film (20+ minutes) and, at our request, all the pieces we did during the day. (30+ minutes) All with a clear, no-nonsense approach for a clear, no-nonsense all-in price. Iwan does what it takes to make a nice film report, no matter how long he has to be there or how far he has to travel to do so, very nice! After the wedding, we got the highlight film (film of about 5 minutes) within two weeks so we were able to show some people some images. In fact, everything was already in this movie. After another two weeks, we also got our ceremony and the feature film (about 20 minutes). The movies we received are completely complete and we really don't miss a single moment. We are all the way back to our wedding. We really enjoyed it and watched the footage with tears in our eyes.

Iwan was our videographer during our wedding on 23-11-23. All the conversations we had prior to the wedding were fun, informative and fun, we didn't have to ask Iwan because he had thought of everything. As a result, we were able to “let go” of everything on the day itself, and we were sure that all the moments that were important to us would be captured and we were wonderfully relaxed. And the result is impressive... We have now received the videos and they are more than FANTASTIC!! Many of the moments we see now are said to each other: did you know that it was filmed here?
